Yes, we allow 5 to 100's of breedables at the same time with animations and sounds turned off. This includes babies.  Also on the quantity of breedables depends on the size of your land.  

Yes. You may deed your own security orb to our group. However, please make sure it's only securing your rental and not ejecting the neighbors. 

Most of our properties include security orbs. You may use ours as well.

FIRST: If you know that you will be late you can always contact one of our staff members and we will see what we can do. 

SECOND: If your rent is overdue, a grace period may apply, but failure to pay will result in the reclaiming of the parcel and all your items will be sent back to your inventory. 

No, Payments are non-refundable, but you can transfer your rental to any one of our lands.
